Having practiced residential real estate in the 90’s, she is now excited to focus her skills on helping companies and their owners. A business owner herself since 1995, she started out providing marketing services to the real estate community, along with association management for construction associations focused on small to middle market businesses.

Rocci is familiar with the nuances and uniqueness of a family-owned and privately held companies. Her well-rounded perspective is an essential element of her wide array of professional services and experience clients can benefit from.

Since 1995, she has worked in and around the construction industry providing executive administration, EEO, operations and safety program services.
