As an experienced business owner, LouAnne offers clients 40+ years of business ownership, development and growth experience. She has owned and operated several construction firms as well as a real estate development company. In 2007, she built a new 50,000 sq. office and warehouse headquarters in Hudson which she owner-occupied. Planning for growth, she leased out and managed available space in the office and warehouse areas.

Notable projects she completed include; 35W Bridge reconstruction project, Wakota Bridge, 
I-90 Dresbach, Highway 212 Interchange and others. LouAnne has been recognized for her integrity and outstanding business accomplishments by many in MN and WI:

  • Inducted into the Minnesota Women Business Owners Hall of Fame, National Association of Women Business Owners.
  • Recipient of Wisconsin Governor’s Trailblazer Award for Women in Business.
  • Name a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in the Upper Midwest.
  • Named as an Industry Leader by the St. Paul Business Journal and Finance & Commerce publications.

 

LouAnne started her steel erection business in 1977 at the age of 26 in Maple Grove, MN. As a construction industry business owner offering union labor and steel erection installation, she faced many challenges which also offered great opportunities for growth.

In 2007, she broke ground on her new headquarters in the St. Croix Business Park in Hudson. In 2008, LouAnne expanded and created an electrical services division to service the commercial, industrial, institutional and transportation markets.

In 2014, LouAnne bought Ryan Electric in Eagan, MN and began operations in the electrical service industry. LouAnne grew revenues in excess of $30 million while maintaining profit margins above industry standards. Her core values include safety, integrity, accountability, dedication, honesty, innovation and fearless leadership.
