Chris Thorsen began his residential real estate career in 2004. Soon after, in 2006, he earned his brokerage license and turned his focus on commercial real estate. Chris has over 12 years of experience working with owners and offers extensive knowledge in the leasing and sale of property. Chris is very familiar with the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities and the St. Croix Valley area.
In 2007, Chris started the brokerage firm Ascent Group located in Hudson WI. After several successful years as an independent broker, he joined Keller Williams Commercial Real Estate in 2012 as a director.
In the fall of 2018, Chris was asked to join Bridgeway Business Brokers and became their broker.
Offering more than 22 years of professional sales experience, Chris brings a wide array of skills to Bridgeway. His background is well-rounded, and he’s familiar with many industries ranging from healthcare, to retail, to medical, to construction. Chris also offers an element of creativity to the process of buying and selling a business that is often required in complex transactions.
Having worked throughout the years in his families subcontracting business, Chris understands the financial and operational areas of a construction company, which brings additional expertise to our construction industry clients.
